Refunds 

For health and safety reasons no refunds or exchanges will be given on SoulTree products.

No-Show

Not responding to confirmation or reminder texts is considered a No-Show and you will forfeit your appointment. This may apply to any deposits made towards SoulTree services.

 

Cancellations

No cancellations can be made after purchase. If you would like to make changes please do so within 2 hours from time of purchase. Please call or text 916-284-9497 for immediate assistance.

Other Information 

Once order has been shipped and tracking information has been given SoulTree is not responsible for lost, stolen items, or delays with carrier. If you do experience any problems please contact SoulTree by e-mail  soultreevegannails@yahoo.com and I will do my best to assist. 
 

Gift Cards
Cannot be redeemed online but accepted at the time of service. Once gift cards are purchased they become non-refundable.
